Harris, who enjoys strong support from Hollywood, pop culture and tech leaders, is now ahead of her rival Donald Trump in fundraising numbers.

In a shocking development, Spencer, who is known for his extreme views and was a central figure at the 2017 Charlottesville rally, is calling on his followers – once ardent Trump supporters – to support the vice president in the upcoming presidential election. In a nearly 12-minute video posted on X, Spencer praised Harris as “the best manager in the American empire.”

On November 2, as Kamala Harris and Donald Trump squared off and delivered contradictions in the battleground of Wisconsin, Richard Spencer, known for his racist and anti-Semitic views and notorious for coining the term “alt-right,” turned to his greats Fan base on X (formerly Twitter). In a video titled “Why I'm Voting for Harris,” he stated, “I want you all to know that I'm voting for Kamala Harris and I hope you will too.”

“At the DNC she said she supports Israel 100%. It will provide deadly aid to Israel,” said Spencer, who is among 14 organizers facing financial penalties in a civil lawsuit following the deadly 2017 “Unite the Right” rally. He further noted that it recognized the great suffering in the region and reiterated that Palestinians have a right to their own state and sovereignty. “They need a government, a legitimate organization through which they can live in peace side by side with Israel.” . . I have criticism of that, but I still think it’s better than Donald Trump.”

In 2016, after Trump's victory, the former co-publisher of the now-defunct Altright.com celebrated the victory over former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by declaring: “Hail Trump, salute our people, salute victory!”

Spencer explains why he's no longer a fan of Trump

“If there is a regional conflict between Israel and Iran, it is much more likely that Trump will not only support Israel in it, but also participate in it and start bombing Iranian nuclear facilities,” Spencer added.

Spencer expressed his admiration for the vice president, praising her adaptability and believing she embraces a centrist approach that supports rational governance and democratic principles. He plans to vote for her and other Democrats in Montana, citing figures like Sen. John Tester and House candidate Monica Tranel. He was disappointed in Trump and criticized him for shutting down important discussions and promoting stupid ideas despite supporting him in the past.

“When I put it like that, the choice is very clear. I think Donald Trump and the MAGA [Make America Great Again] Movement brings nothing but stupidity and chaos.”

Speaking to Newsweek, Spencer, who promotes a white nationalist agenda and has been involved in various neo-Nazi events and has made inflammatory statements about race and politics in the past, said: “I just want someone competent to do that “Something can happen, as opposed to demonizing the other side.” He discussed the failed bipartisan border bill that Republicans blocked earlier this year. He noted that opposing efforts to improve the situation could be viewed as morally wrong.
