Cardi B experiences a medical emergency and cancels her performance at the music festival

Cardi B told fans on Wednesday not to worry, but she won't be able to perform in Atlanta as planned this weekend due to a “medical emergency.”

“I am so sad to share this news, but I have been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency for the past few days and I will not be able to perform at ONE MusicFest,” WAP shared “-Rapper gave her fans a statement on social media.

The 32-year-old was set to headline the Georgia festival alongside bands like Earth, Wind & Fire and Nelly.

“It breaks my heart that I won't be able to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there. Bardi Gang – thank you for your understanding and I will be back better and stronger soon. No worries. Love.” Guys,” she added, signing off: “Cardi.”

One Music Fest said on its social media that organizers were looking for a replacement for the singer.

“It breaks my heart that I won't be able to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there. Bardi Gang – thank you for your understanding and I will be back better and stronger soon. No worries. Kind regards.” Guys.”

“Unfortunately, @iamcardib has announced that she will no longer be available for us this year due to ongoing health issues,” the festival said. “Let us all pray for a full recovery for her! We are working hard to find a replacement at this late date. More to come soon.”

The “Bodak Yellow” singer's social media was flooded with congratulations following her announcement.

“Oh, I hope you recover soon! We love you,” one person wrote, while another said, “Your health is more important. Get well soon.” And a third wrote, “Feel better queen” along with a crying emoji.

While Cardi B didn't elaborate on her condition, the hospitalization came a month after she gave birth to her third child, a daughter, with her soon-to-be ex-husband Offset.

They also share daughter Kulture, 6, and son Wave, 3.

According to the New York Post, Cardi B went live on Instagram from a hospital bed on Monday and criticized pranksters who called child protective services to say her children were in danger.

“So I want to make this very clear, and I can't even breathe right now,” the singer said. “Motherf—— has come too far messing with my f—— children.”

She added: “For Child Protective Services to come to my f—– house? Not to my house, to my gated villa at 11pm while my children are sleeping, because there is an anonymous call saying something happened there. My children were abused and beaten. Are you stupid?

She also told the listening audience that she had been in the hospital since Saturday, the Post reported.
