Man accused of throwing rocks at vehicles was arrested on Madison's west side

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly threw bricks and damaged vehicles outside a supermarket on the city's west side, Madison police reported Monday.

According to MPD, officers responded to the 6700 block of Raymond Road around 8:15 a.m.

Police learned that a security guard was attempting to remove the 45-year-old suspect from the property when he allegedly threw bricks.

MPD said a brick damaged the guard's car. It then ricocheted and crashed into another car that was parked in the store's parking lot.

He is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of criminal damage to property.
