“I cast my vote for someone who will be president for everyone”: Lady Gaga shows her support for Kamala Harris in Philadelphia

Raise your paws, little monsters: Tonight, Lady Gaga showed her support for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz by appearing at the candidates' final rally in Philadelphia, just hours before Election Day. The singer took the stage in Pennsylvania to perform an acoustic rendition of “God Bless America,” putting her powerful vocals (and piano skills) on full display.

Although Gaga is known for her theatrical stage style, she delivered an intentional look for the occasion. The star simply wore a classic leather moto jacket, a white T-shirt and jeans – accessorized with a heart brooch featuring the stars and stripes of the United States. “For more than half of this country’s life, women have not had a voice,” she said after the performance. “Yet we raised children, we held our families together, we supported men in their decisions. But tomorrow women will be involved in this decision. Today I carry in my heart all the women who made me who I am. I cast my vote for someone who will be a president for all, for all Americans.”

She then gave Doug Emhoff the stage and said, “Now it's my honor to introduce someone who knows how to support a powerful woman: the soon-to-be first First Gentleman of the United States.”
