Josh Hart hilariously calls for an NBA drug test for the Celtics after historic night

Josh Hart suggests the Celtics' dominant performance on opening night was so impressive it might require a drug test!

The Boston Celtics were unstoppable with their 3-point shots and even though the Knicks had a decent score, they just couldn't keep up. The Celtics not only achieved a commanding victory and started the season 1-0, but also made history in the process.

It was their sharp shots from distance that made the difference on the Celtics' ring night. They hit 29 of 61 shots from distance, setting the NBA record for most three-pointers made in a single game. Knicks forward Josh Hart had a humorous take on the Celtics' shooting spree.

“The NBA needs to drug test its guys” Hart said with a laugh, according to Knicks beat reporter James L. Edwards The athlete. “I’ve never seen anything like this.”

Although Hart's comment was only in jest, the Celtics actually broke shooting records on opening night, making 29 three-pointers against New York. His reaction illustrates how underwhelming Boston's performance was, as the Knicks were simply outclassed by a far superior team.

The Knicks now face the challenge of shaking off this difficult defeat. They will look to redeem themselves when they take on the Indiana Pacers at Madison Square Garden on Friday.
