Who are the winners and losers in Tuesday's general election in Seminole, Osceola and Orange County?

Voters cast their votes in local, state and national elections. The general election on November 5th is about filling national, state, county and district seats.

In the presidential race, Republican and former President Donald Trump is running against Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.

In another key race, incumbent Republican U.S. Sen. Rick Scott is seeking a second term. To do this, he must defeat Democratic challenger and former Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell.

Across Florida, there are dozens of U.S. House races, as well as numerous House, Senate and local seats.

When do polls close in Florida?

Polling stations close at 7:00 p.m. local time. All voters in line at 7 p.m. will have the opportunity to cast their ballot.
