Live Florida 2024 presidential election results

Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris will face off in Florida for the state's 30 Electoral College votes. Trump's campaign focus was on the economy, immigration and crime. Since taking over as Democratic standard-bearer after President Joe Biden left office, Harris has argued that she would usher in a new era and has worked to improve the care economy, protect abortion rights and uphold democracy. The conservative state voted for Trump in the last two elections. In 2020, Trump won Florida with 51% of the vote to Joe Biden's 48%. In 2016, Trump won Florida with 49%, Hillary Clinton won with 48%. Florida was once considered a swing state, but in recent elections the trend has shifted in favor of Republicans and is therefore no longer hotly contested. Trump lives in Florida and the state's Republican governor, Ron DeSantis, has supported his campaign.
