Live Minnesota 2024 presidential election results

Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris will face off in Minnesota for the state's 10 Electoral College votes. The Liberal state has voted for the Democratic candidate in the last two elections. Trump's campaign focus was on the economy, immigration and crime. Since taking over as Democratic standard-bearer after President Joe Biden left office, Harris has argued that she would usher in a new era and has worked to improve the care economy, protect abortion rights and uphold democracy. In 2020, Biden won Minnesota with 52% of the vote to Trump's 45%. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won Minnesota with 47% to Trump's 45%. Minnesota has been a reliably liberal state for decades, but was seen as a place where Trump overperformed in recent elections. The choice of the state's governor, Tim Walz, as the vice presidential candidate has made the state even less competitive this year.
