Ivanka Trump skips her father's 'Women for Trump' election night rally, posts on social media instead | World News

Neither Ivanka Trump nor Melania Trump were present at Donald Trump's “Women for Trump” rally on election night, at a time when Trump's campaign was suffering from dwindling support from women. And the event was headlined by Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, his wife Lara Trump and Trump's other daughter Tiffany Trump – among family members. Ivanka Trump was also absent from the campaign and the last time she was seen with her father was at the Republican National Convention.
Instead, Ivanka posted a long thread last week reflecting on her 43rd birthday. And none of these posts mentioned the election or Donald Trump, but their life lessons included the importance of family and friends.
“Family and friends are everything. Nurture those relationships, reach out, and let people know you care, even across distance. As Esther Perel says, “The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life,” Trump’s eldest daughter wrote . And so she went on to discuss healing, self-control, peace, truth, etc. in 17 points.

However, Tiffany made a last-minute appeal to vote for her father, mentioning Project 2025, the abortion ban, etc. “A few points to reiterate when you go to the voting booth:
1. Project 2025 is NOT my father's plan. He hasn't read it and doesn't endorse it.
2. My father will not sign a national abortion ban.
3. My father is very supportive of IVF and wants to make it available to everyone who needs it.
Get out there and VOTE! 🇺🇸❤️,” her post read.

Ivanka and Jared Kushner were part of the Trump administration, but Ivanka announced her exit from politics and did not reverse the decision in favor of her father's campaign. “[Ivanka] When she left Washington, she made the decision to close this chapter of her life. And it’s been remarkably consistent,” Jared said recently.

In this election campaign, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Lara Trump were the most prominent. Don Jr's fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle and daughter Kai Trump also promoted Donald Trump.
