'Football Leaks': Aguero has no anti-Madrid clause (Document) – Telegraph

Football Leaks has revealed the Kun Aguero transfer agreement signed between Athletico Madrid and Manchester City in 2011.

The sale was completed for 36 million euros, but the most surprising thing is that the contract does not contain an “anti-Madrid” clause that would prevent the “Citizens” from exceeding the set target.

Remember that Di Maria and Özil themselves had an “anti-Barcelona” clause in their transfer contracts from Real Madrid to Manchester United and Arsenal respectively. In addition to the 36 million euros for the transfer, Kun Aguero's contract with Manchester City includes a number of bonus targets until the 2015-2016 season, which could be up to 2 million euros.

For example, Atlético Madrid receives 250 euros for the payment of 15 official goals scored with the City jersey, or if Agüero plays 25 games as a regular player or substitute and leaves the field after 70 minutes.

Kun will benefit from another million euros if he wins a Champions League semi-final game. All these bonuses will be added to the 36 million euros of the transfer, but always without exceeding 2 million euros.
