I-70 was closed in the Colorado mountains due to safety concerns about snow conditions

CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – I-70 was closed Tuesday evening in the Colorado mountains for safety reasons as heavy snow fell.

Around 9 p.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation announced that the highway was closed between Exit 243, Hidden Valley, and Exit 251, Floyd Hill.
