Crime Stoppers reports a fugitive has been arrested in Flint

FLINT, Mich. (WNEM) – A fugitive once considered armed and dangerous has been arrested.

According to Crime Stoppers, authorities have arrested 30-year-old James Sylvester Lara, who has felony warrants for assault with intent to murder, aggravated firearm, discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and felon in possession of a firearm.
