Uylaki-Back arrested for driving while suspended with a prior


Plymouth Police received a FLOCK License Plate Reader hit on the morning of Wednesday, October 23rdapprox at 1:20. The LPR hit informed officers that the vehicle's only registered owner had an Indiana driver's license with suspended-prior status.

Officer Wallace located the vehicle on Lincoln Highway and conducted a traffic stop in front of the Serenity Place Apartments.

The vehicle was occupied by the registered owner, Tabitha Uylaki-Back, 42, who lives at the apartments. During the investigation, the officer confirmed that the driver's license status was suspended.

Tabitha Uylaki-Back was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with driving while suspended from a supervisor. Uylaki-Back was given a court date in Marshall County Superior Court II and a $500 bond.
