Jury reaches verdict in Adam Fravel murder trial

MANKATO, Minn. (KTTC) – After weeks of testimony, the jury has reached a verdict in the murder trial of Adam Fravel.

The jury announced that it had found Fravel guilty of the murder of Madeline Kingsbury.

Fravel faced four possible charges. He stood forward Murder – 1st degree – When committing domestic violence with previous patterns of domestic violence, 1st degree murder – Intentionally, murder in the second degree and Murder – 2nd degree – Without intention – When committing a crime. He was found guilty all four charges.

As people entered the courtroom, Fravel began to cry.

In total, the deliberations until the jury announced its verdict lasted around ten hours. His sentencing date is scheduled for December 17th.
