Trump could kick Prince Harry out of America for drug bragging rights

If Kevin Roberts, the author of the ultra-conservative Project 2025 campaign for a second Trump term, gets an influential position in Donald Trump's new administration, it might be time for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to pack their bags.

That's because Roberts is president of the Heritage Foundation, a right-wing conservative think tank formerly best known as the publisher of right-wing blogosphere darling The Daily Signal.

The Heritage Foundation is also behind ongoing efforts to force US authorities to disclose details of Prince Harry's immigration application.

The advocacy group noted that Harry revealed in his memoirs that he had used hard, soft and psychedelic drugs. Spare part– in which Harry wrote, among other stories, about the time he got high on mushrooms Friends Star Courteney Cox's home. He also revealed that he used cocaine when he was 17 “to feel different.”

The advocacy group claims that such a declaration typically bars a person from immigrating to the US, meaning either Harry lied on the forms or was given a bargain by the Biden administration.

They went to court to find out what it was, but in September a federal judge ruled that the documents would remain confidential. But in an interview on Thursday with the Daily MailNile Gardiner of the Heritage Foundation argued that the documents could be released after Trump's victory because the Heritage Foundation is now appealing the ruling.

“I think there is a strong possibility that this could happen. It’s the president’s prerogative,” Gardiner said postclaimed the Biden White House, “has gone out of its way to protect Prince Harry, and that protection will end after the inauguration.” (The Trump campaign rejected the 2025 project in the run-up to the election.)

The Daily Beast has previously reported that Harry could face residency threats if Trump, who has a personal dislike for him and Meghan, were elected.

An immigration lawyer recently told The Daily Beast that Harry could face a politically motivated attack on his immigration status: “State Department decisions are discretionary and highly susceptible to political influence.” His visa could be canceled. When returning to the United States from a trip abroad, he could be denied entry for inadmissibility due to prior drug use, even though his passport contains an unexpired visa. There are many scenarios in which political influence could impact Harry’s ability to re-enter the United States.”

Famously, British celebrity Nigella Lawson was denied entry to the US in 2013 because she admitted drug use.

Donald Trump has regularly suggested that Harry could be kicked out of the United States under a second Trump administration if he is found to have lied on record about his drug use.

Trump told Nigel Farage in an interview with GB News earlier this year: “We need to see if they know anything about the drugs and if he lied, they need to take appropriate action.”

Farage asked whether “appropriate action” might mean “not staying in America,” to which Trump replied, “Oh, I don’t know,” according to the magazine’s website. You have to tell me. You just have to tell me. You would have thought they knew this a long time ago.”

Trump said to Great Britain Daily Express newspaper at the Conservative Political Action Conference that Harry will be “on his own” if he wins a second term.

Trump said: “I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the queen. This is unforgivable. If I had my way, he would be on his own.”

The feud between Sussex and Trump dates back to a Comedy Central panel show in 2016 in which Meghan, then an actress and not linked to Harry, expressed her disdain for Trump, calling him “misogynistic” and “divisive” and joked that she might move to Canada if Trump were elected president.

Trump later described her comment as “evil” ahead of his state visit to the United Kingdom in June 2019, when he was president and Meghan married Harry.

In 2022, Trump told fellow Meghan critic Piers Morgan: “Harry will be whipped like no human being I've ever seen.” He predicted the couple would divorce, saying: “It's going to end, and it's going to end.” bad… I want to know what will happen when Harry decides he's had enough of being bossed around… Or maybe when she decides she likes some.” Other guy better. I want to know what’s going to happen when it ends, okay?”

Chris Edelson, a professor of government at American University, told DailyMail.com: “The president can do whatever he wants as long as the people go along.”

You are welcome to have both of them. We may not want them anymore; it feels like they are on their own island.

The Daily Mail Richard Eden noted on Thursday that the couple could have a convenient “escape route” in the form of a property they bought in Portugal earlier this year.

Eric Trump called the Duke and Duchess “rotten apples” earlier this year, adding: “You're welcome to have these two.” We may not want them anymore; it feels like they’re on their own island.”

Gardiner told the London Just: “The new administration will focus heavily on ensuring the security of America's borders and enforcing immigration law, and it should vet everyone who applies for entry.” Immigration law should be applied fairly and there should be no exceptions. If Harry lied on his application, he should be expelled from the United States. It is now very likely that Harry will finally be brought to justice.”

A spokesman for Harry declined to comment.
