Brianna Chickenfry claims Zach Bryan “emotionally abused” her.

Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia claims that ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan was emotionally abusive towards her during their relationship.

“It's not just for me, it's for anyone else who's been emotionally abused, it's for anyone who's just been emotionally abused,” LaPaglia, 25, said in an Instagram teaser clip for her upcoming “BFFs.” podcast on Thursday November 7th Dave Portnoy And Josh Richards. “It’s for people who don’t have a support system, like I was lucky enough to have [while] going through this.”

In the full-length episode Thursday night, LaPaglia will open up to her Barstool Sports co-hosts about her recent split from Bryan, 28. In the teaser, LaPaglia claimed that the past year had been very difficult because her romance with the country singer wasn't as happy as others believed.

“The last year of my life was the most difficult year of my life, dealing with the abuse from this guy,” she claimed. “I'm still afraid of him, my brain is rewired. I'm afraid of making him angry. Last week I didn’t want to talk about it because I was scared.”

LaPaglia admitted that she was afraid to fully express her opinion about her relationship with Bryan, beyond what was already known as “public” knowledge. The online personality claimed that Bryan offered her money if she signed an NDA, which she declined.

“I still said, F— your money. They made the women before me believe they had no choice,” she claimed. “And to take money from you, to write away their experiences, to sign away what they've been through, you get to jump out and sing your little damn songs on stage like you're a good guy.”

While LaPaglia didn't reveal any further details about the NDA, she did admit that if she went through with it, she might end up regretting it.

“I don't want to buy a house in two years and think, 'Oh, this is the guy's money that literally destroyed me and ruined me for a year,'” she explained. “F— that, f— you, I don’t want your money.”

LaPaglia added that her role as a podcaster did not influence her decision to sign a contract.

“It’s not a dramatic thing for me. “It's not about me not signing the non-disclosure agreement and not taking the money because I want to move forward here and reveal who he is and his secrets and all that…” she claimed. “I didn't take the money because I don't sign away my experiences and what I've been through to protect someone who hurt me. I am much stronger than a weak man.

Last week, LaPaglia took a break from the BFFs podcast. She shared on her social media at the time that she was stepping away as she continued to deal with her and Bryan's public breakup.

“We tried to do a recording this week, but due to all the backlash, I'm having a very hard time figuring out how I want to handle it publicly,” LaPaglia shared in a message posted to the podcast's TikTok account. “This week I will be putting my mental health first. Josh and Dave want to make sure I’m doing what’s best for me.”

Earlier this week, LaPaglia revealed that she, Portnoy and Richards were blocked by Bryan on social media. Portnoy and Richards have publicly supported LaPaglia following their split.

In October, Bryan announced that he and LaPaglia had broken up after a year of dating.

“I want to address something: Brianna and I have separated [SIC] and I respect and love her with all my heart,” the musician wrote in an Instagram Story statement. “She loved me unconditionally for a very long time and I will always thank her for that.”

For her part, LaPaglia admitted that the breakup took her by surprise and decided to take some time to process what happened.

“Hey guys, I'm feeling really caught off guard at the moment. I'm going to step off social media for a while and try to heal privately. When I'm ready, I'll be back and ready to talk,” she wrote via her Instagram Story. “I love you so much, thank you for everything.” nice words. Remember that you are so loved and that everything will always be okay.”
