Wolves update: The Wolves (4-3) were pleased with their defense in a 114-93 win over Charlotte on Monday. It was the first time this season that they held an opponent to fewer than 100 points. Anthony Edwards scored 21 points and attempted six three-pointers in the win, his lowest number of attempts from deep this season. The Wolves have lost their last five games in Chicago.

Bulls update: Chicago (3-5) will enter Thursday's game with a residual disadvantage after Wednesday night's game in Dallas. G Zach LaVine missed Wednesday's 119-99 loss with a hamstring injury and is questionable tonight. G Lonzo Ball (right wrist) is out. LaVine, who played for the Wolves from 2014 to 2017, is averaging 22.7 points per game and 2.7 assists this season, but has 3.7 turnovers per game.
