Officers initially stopped Carroll and Timothy Scott in a car during a traffic stop Oct. 30 near the intersection of Piney Green Road and Rocky Run Road.

  • Felony Manufacturing of a Schedule II Controlled Substance
  • Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Distribute Controlled Substances, Schedule II

He is being held in the Onslow County Jail under an $85,000 bond. The sheriff's office says his first court appearance was yesterday and his next appearance is scheduled for Dec. 5.
