Drugs and weapons seized in Texas; Investigation assisted by the Wisconsin Drug Task Force

A massive drug raid in Texas took place thanks in part to the Waukesha County Drug Task Force.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department became aware of a drug trafficker in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who may be supplying cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana to southeastern Wisconsin.

Officials said through cooperation and coordination with the DEC-Fort Worth office, law enforcement seized drugs and weapons in Fort Worth in August. The bankruptcy resulted in the following:

  • About 50 kilograms of cocaine
  • About 1 kilogram of methamphetamine
  • About 1 kilogram of heroin
  • Approximately 10,000 fentanyl tablets
  • About 1,000 MDMA pills
  • About 16 pounds of marijuana
  • More than 35 firearms
  • Other controlled substances, drug trafficking goods
