FloSports will broadcast the ASU vs. Santa Clara basketball game

Arizona State men's basketball will face Santa Clara on Friday in a neutral site game that will be streamed on FloSports.

ASU's tipoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. MST at Lee's Family Forum in Henderson, Nevada.

ESPN 620 AM, The Arizona Sports App and ArizonaSports.com will stream the radio call with Tim Healey and Kyle Dodd.

The game is part of a diverse mix of platforms on which the Sun Devils will appear this season.

An exhibition game against Duke aired on the ACC Network, while the season opener against Idaho State aired on ESPN+, which airs many ASU games this season. CBS Sports Network, TruTV, ESPNU and the SEC Network will each broadcast at least one game in addition to traditional platforms ESPN/2 and CBS.

Arizona State's Sunday visit to No. 2 Gonzaga will be televised on ESPN, while next Thursday's crosstown matchup against Grand Canyon at the Footprint Center will air on ESPN2.

The game against Santa Clara is ASU's only FloSports game this season.

How did Santa Clara and Arizona State start the season?

Former Arizona State head coach Herb Sendek is in his ninth year leading the Broncos, and Santa Clara (1-0) opened the season with an 85-78 win over the Saint Louis Billikens.

Santa Clara is led by former Arizona Wildcat Adama-Alpha Bal, who spent two years in Tucson (2021-23).

Last year he averaged 14.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. Bal scored 24 points in the season opener.

Arizona State, meanwhile, earned a disappointing 55-48 win over Idaho State in its 2024-25 opener.

Missouri State transfer Alston Mason led the team with 14 points, while UW Milwaukee transfer BJ Freeman added 12.

Five-star freshman Jayden Quaintance struggled offensively with two points but added six blocks. High-profile recruit Joson Sanon scored 11 points.
