  • STEM Career Pathways – Grants focused on K-12 project-based learning, research experiences, and more
  • Environmental Sustainability – Grants focused on disaster preparedness, natural resource protection and more
  • Community Vitality – Grants focus on entrepreneurial ventures that support the local economy, community service activities and more

The Xcel Energy Foundation awarded $346,000 to 48 nonprofits in the spring, bringing the total donated to $489,100 in 2024.

“We believe in our nonprofit partners and look forward to what they will achieve with the funds from our foundation grants,” said Adrian J. Rodriguez, president of Xcel Energy-New Mexico, Texas. “These organizations foster strong communities by investing in our people and connecting them to resources that improve their lives and potential.”
