Kangaroo spotted hopping through the streets of Durango

A kangaroo trained three Durango police officers late into the night after running away from home and taking an evening hop through the streets of the southern Colorado city, according to a video shared by Durango police on Wednesday.

The little red kangaroo hopped effortlessly away from police officers who tried to lure it with whistles and clicks of their tongues, as shown in the video from just after 11 p.m. on Sept. 18.
