Delonte West was arrested again for trespassing

Add another arrest to Delonte West.

According to TMZ, the former and troubled NBA guard was accused of trespassing and arrested by the Fairfax County Police Department on November 2nd.

FCPD told TMZ that one person provided video evidence to support their complaint that West would not evacuate a part of Huntington, Virginia, where he is banned.

A day later, after an arrest warrant was issued, West, 41, was arrested near the Huntington Metro around 8:48 p.m.

He was held on $1,000 bail and released on November 3, according to TMZ.

West, who played eight seasons for four teams in the NBA, has a court date in January after being charged with a misdemeanor.

The arrest is the latest in a long history of run-ins with the law for West, who earned $16 million in his NBA career while averaging 9.7 points and 3.6 assists per game.

In June, West had to be resuscitated after suffering a medical emergency following another arrest in Virginia, where he was accused of violating the conditions of his release and resisting officers.

He was found unresponsive after fleeing from police who were attempting to serve an arrest warrant.

Narcan was administered for a suspected opioid overdose.

West, who struggles with substance abuse, mental health issues and bipolar disorder, was charged with resisting arrest.

Later that month, he was captured on video staggering around a parking lot in Arlington, Virginia.

Two years ago, the former St. Joseph's University product was found wandering outside a 7-Eleven and was arrested in 2021 for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence.

West's troubled times date back to 2016, when photos emerged of him begging in Washington DC and he was also seen in public in Houston wearing a hospital gown.

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban helped West get into rehab in September 2020, but he was arrested again in October 2021 for allegedly knocking on the doors of police headquarters in Boynton Beach, Florida, with an open can of beer and an open bottle of vodka had hand

He last played in the NBA for the Mavericks in the 2011-12 season after stints with the Celtics, Cavaliers and the now-defunct Seattle Supersonics.

West was drafted 24th overall by Boston in 2004.
