Ghost's RITE HERE RITE NOW on Blu-Ray, DVD and VHS

Ghost's full-length concert film RITE HERE RITE NOW will be released on home video on Blu-Ray, DVD and VHS on December 6th.

The film is being released in physical formats “by popular demand,” according to the band, with a 4K Blu-Ray ($24.98), a standard Blu-Ray ($20), a DVD ($17 dollars) and a VHS release ($34.99) are in the pipeline. The Blu-Ray and DVD versions include the following bonus content: a question and answer session with Ghost mastermind Tobias Forge, co-director Alex Ross Perry and live director Jim Parsons; the animated music video for “The Future Is a Foreign Land”; and Ghosts webisode series (chapters 1-28).

In the meantime, a standalone digital release is scheduled for October 28th via iTunes and Amazon. RITE HERE RITE NOW can also be streamed via VEEPS, including the aforementioned Q&A session with Forge, Perry and Parsons, which was filmed during the film's London premiere.

The 145-minute film combines a concert performance filmed at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles with narrative scenes based on plot points from the band's “Chapters” webisode series and “features familiar faces working behind the scenes with Ghost's dad.” IV interact, as his future and his fate.” “Rest at the Ministry,” says the band’s press release.

During its theatrical release RITE HERE RITE NOW proved to be an overwhelming and record-breaking success for Ghost.

After premiering in theaters around the world in late June, the film set a record for a hard rock limited theatrical event with $2.65 million at the box office in North America alone. In total, the film grossed around $5 million during its worldwide release, with additional screenings added due to high demand.
