Although the Georgia Bulldogs won 34-20 against Florida and maintained their four-game winning streak against Florida. Georgia's win didn't pass the eye test for most Georgia fans, but the Dawgs are the top-ranked team in the SEC and still have a lot of football ahead of them.

The biggest concern was that Carson Beck threw three interceptions for the second straight game and didn't play his best outside of the fourth quarter.

Despite the sloppy play, the Bulldogs received a blessing in another game this week when the Texas A&M Aggies suffered a blowout loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks, 44-20. Bulldogs fans watched closely because even though Texas A&M was ranked behind Georgia, it still had an undefeated record in the SEC, while Georgia's SEC record was 4-1.

There was a crazy scenario in which Texas A&M and LSU could be the two teams that could have contested the SEC Championship by winning each of their final four games (with the Aggies defeating the Texas Longhorns in the final week of the season ), but now that Texas A&M has lost, Georgia has the advantage over them. UGA is now No. 1 in the SEC standings.

The tiebreaker between Georgia and Texas A&M will come down to combined winning percentage in the game. The Aggies and Bulldogs only have three common opponents: Florida, Mississippi State and Texas. Georgia has already won against all of these opponents, so Texas A&M now needs to win against Texas to move level with Georgia in the tiebreaker. Currently, Georgia is in charge and represents the conference in the SEC Championship.
