Col. Mann is accused of threatening election officials, state judges and federal agents

Prosecutors accuse Brockbank of threatening the lives of several officers on social media between September 2021 and August 2022.

According to court documents, in one case, Brockbank allegedly used two social media accounts to post messages threatening election officials in Colorado and Arizona. In a message posted on social media on August 4, 2022, Brockbank allegedly posted a message that referenced election officials in Arizona and Colorado and said, “Once these people are executed, the rest will melt like snowflakes and turn against everyone.” turn.” others. …This is the only way. So those who have the courage to do what needs to be done should prepare their minds for what lies ahead for all of us [a]I will do that!!!!!! It’s time.”

In another message, prosecutors allege, on October 2, 2021, Brockbank threatened a Colorado state judge by posting a message that allegedly read, “I could take my gun and put a bullet in this man.” [sic] Head and send him to declare himself to our Creator now. I would be justified!!! Not only justified, but also obligated by those in my family who fought and died for freedom in this country. …What can I do but kill this man myself? [sic]?”

Prosecutors also accuse Brockbank of threatening federal law enforcement on July 20, 2022, by posting on social media: “ATF, CIA, FBI are coming to my house, I'll shoot them first.” No warning!!” Then I’ll call the sheriff!!! With everything these crappy agencies have done, it is completely justified to drop them the moment they step on my property! justified.”
