Chelsea traveling squad for Panathinaikos | News | Official site

Chelsea's 22-man squad for our Conference League game against Panathinaikos has arrived in Greece.

We landed in Athens on Wednesday afternoon before our first away game in the league phase of the Conference League.

The Blues face Panathinaikos at the Olympic Stadium on Thursday evening (kick-off 5.45pm UK time) and will be looking to build on our opening win over Gent, which saw Renato Veiga, Christopher Nkunku, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Pedro Neto all have theirs Names engraved on the scorers list at Stamford Bridge.

Players such as Marcus Bettinelli, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia and Cole Palmer have all remained in Cobham as they are not registered for the competition, while Levi Colwill, Moises Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson, Reece James and Malo Gusto have also stayed back in England.

The squad also includes four Academy graduates: goalkeeper Lucas Bergstrom, 19-year-old midfielder Samuel Rak-Sakyi, Tyrique George, who made his senior debut with Servette at the start of the competition, and striker Shumaira Mheuka, who made her debut on Sunday was only 17 years old.
