Person shot in West Pullman

On Saturday, one person was shot in West Pullman on the Far South Side.

The person, a man whose age was not available, was on the street in the first block of West 125th Street around 7 p.m. when someone fired shots, Chicago police said.

He suffered a gunshot wound to the neck and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No one is in custody and Area 2 detectives are investigating.
