LA Clippers vs. Toronto Raptors Player Prop Picks 11/24/9

The Toronto Raptors and the Los Angeles Clippers will present two teams with changing rosters and different ambitions. The Raptors are in a rebuilding phase, with young talent like Scottie Barnes and a key veteran in Jakob Poeltl solidifying their frontcourt. Toronto is focused on player development and improving consistency. The Clippers, on the other hand, rely on their experienced core, especially James Harden.

The Raptors have been able to keep games close with some good teams and have even picked up wins against the Kings and Nuggets this season. They will look to repeat the performances against a Clippers team that is still trying to find momentum this season.

RJ Barrett under 24.5 PTS -110

RJ Barrett had an impressive goal hunt. He is averaging 25.7 points per game (PPG) in six games. His shooting was fairly efficient, with a field goal percentage of 44.9%. Barrett was active from beyond the arc, making 2.5 three-pointers per game while shooting 35.7%.

We've seen a dip in Barrett's production over the last two games, with him scoring 18 in Denver and 23 in Sacramento. Now he faces a Clippers team that plays slow and has been strong on the defensive side of the ball. The Clippers are allowing 107.8 points per game, which is the fourth fewest in the league. This is a tough fight for RJ and worth eclipsing him at this point.

James Harden over 9.5 AST -110

James Harden averages 9.4 assists per game. In addition to his playmaking performance, he contributes 20.8 points and 8.1 rebounds in 37.6 minutes per game. His assist total reflects his continued role as a primary facilitator, helping to create opportunities for his teammates.

Harden hasn't managed to get double-digit assists in three straight games, but this is a good point to buy back into. Toronto is giving up 26.9 assists per game, which ranks seventh in the league. We've seen Harden have 16 assist games and several 13 assist games this season. He's fully capable of hitting that number and I think this is a great place for him to return to a double-digit assist night.

Jakob Poltl under 10.5 Reb -110

Jakob Poeltl was a dominant force on the boards of the Toronto Raptors during the 2024-25 NBA season. In nine games, he averaged 11.4 rebounds per game, ranking 7th in the league. His rebounding efforts have been instrumental in the Raptors' performance this season. In a standout game against the Denver Nuggets, Poeltl recorded a career-best 19 rebounds, showcasing his exceptional rebounding skills. Overall, Poeltl's consistent rebounding was a key advantage for the Raptors and contributed significantly to their success on both ends of the court.

Since that game with 19 rebounds, his production on the boards has steadily declined. He has failed to grab more than 10 rebounds in three straight games and now he faces the Clippers, who allow the third-fewest rebounds to opposing teams in the league. Zubac is present in the team and I don't think Poltl will have an easy time with this challenge.

Gradey Dick over 2.5 three-pointers -135

Gradey Dick made a solid number of three-point shots. He averaged 7.2 attempts per game, including 2.6, which equates to a shooting percentage of about 35.4%. His efficiency from beyond the arc is consistent with his role as a perimeter shooter for the Toronto Raptors.

Gradey Dick didn't shoot a single three-pointer in his last game against the Kings, but I think this is the perfect place for him to get back on his feet. The Clippers allow 13.6 three-point shots against opponents per game, which is the tenth most in the league. As I said, the Clippers defense will focus heavily on RJ Barrett, which will create opportunities for players like Dick.
