A stabbing Sunday morning near Midtown Omaha sends one to the hospital

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man is in the hospital after being stabbed Sunday morning.

It happened just before 1 a.m. near 38th and Krug

According to Omaha police, they arrested a woman at the scene without incident.

Police believe this stabbing incident resulted from a domestic violence situation.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries but is now in stable condition.

The woman was booked into Douglas County Corrections on charges of second-degree domestic violence and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
