The New Orleans Saints have a new franchise leader in rushing yards history: Alvin Kamara. Kamara was just 12 yards away from taking the record from former teammate Mark Ingram in Week 10 with the Atlanta Falcons, and he rushed for more than that amount on the first two rushes of the game to take the record secure.

Kamara previously set the franchise record for rushing touchdowns and attempts and is nearing the top five in receiving yards for the Saints, where he sits just 205 yards behind Jimmy Graham in sixth place. Now he sets another record for his long list of achievements and will continue to increase this gap in the coming years.
