1 arrested, 1 injured in Forest County shooting

CRANDON, Wis. (WSAW) – One person was arrested and another was injured after a shooting early Sunday morning near Crandon.

The Forest County Sheriff's Office responded to a property in the town of Lincoln around midnight.

According to investigators, two men were arguing when one fired a gun. Authorities said both men were armed. The suspect was quickly arrested. The other man required medical treatment for his injuries. It said the injuries were not life-threatening.
