Authorities respond to pedestrian struck by vehicle in Florence

FLORENCE, Ala. (WAFF) – Authorities are responding to a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle in Florence on Sunday.

According to Florence Police, officers are asking people to avoid the area of ​​Huntsville Road and Helton Drive due to the incident.

The Florence Police Department, Florence Fire Department and EMS are on scene and assisting.
