Panathinaikos against Chelsea – at the latest in the UEFA Conference League, as Enzo Maresca is once again rotating heavily in Europe

FELIX AND MUDRYK SHINE IN CHELSEA WIN

Joao Felix starred as Chelsea beat Panathinaikos 4-1 in Athens to extend their winning start to the UEFA Conference League.

The Portuguese opened the scoring for the Blues midway through the opening period when he fired Mykhailo Mudryk's square ball into the goal from close range.

It was the Ukraine international who doubled the visitors' lead four minutes into the second half before becoming the provider again when he fed Felix, whose deflected shot scored the third goal.

The former Atlético Madrid player won a penalty which Christopher Nkunku calmly converted to take the game away from the hosts, who scored a consolation goal through Facundo Pellistri's tap-in.

It was an emotional evening for the Greek team as they paid tribute to George Baldock in their first home game since his tragic death.

They remain on one point after the draw on matchday one, while Chelsea make it two wins from two after beating Gent 4-2 at Stamford Bridge at the start of the season.
