Oct. 10, PSO. Hannah arrested Dalton Ingram Valentine, 55, of Durham, on an outstanding warrant for assault on a female. Valentine was granted no bail by Magistrate C. Bostic and was transported to the Granville County Detention Center. Oct. 10, PSO. Hannah served Michael Edward Jeffress, 46, of Creedmoor with an outstanding criminal citation for communicating threats.

Oct. 11, PSO. Creech arrested Bobby Gene Winstead, 39, of Franklinton, on an outstanding warrant for breaking and entering. Winstead was given a $500 secure bond by Magistrate CF Knott and was transported to the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 11, PSO. Creech arrested Bobby Gene Winstead, 39, of Franklinton, for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Winstead was given a $7,000 secure bond by Magistrate CF Knott and was transported to the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 11: A theft was reported on West Lyon Station Road.

Oct. 11, PSO. Dominguez served an outstanding citation on Syretta Lynette Sanders, 43, of Clayton.

On October 11, credit card fraud was reported on East B Street.

Oct. 11: A theft was reported on NC Highway 56.

Oct. 12, PSO, Creech arrested Jennifer Latisha Davis, 41, of McLeansville. For an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Davis was given a $2,750 secure bond by Magistrate Bostic and was transported to the Granville County Detention Center.

On October 13, an assault was reported on 21st Street. The suspect is known.

On October 13, communication threats were reported on NC Hwy 56, both parties are known.

Oct. 14, PSO. George arrested Emmanuel Musa, 48, of Raleigh. Musa was charged with assault while impaired. Musa was given a $3,000 written appearance notice by Magistrate Herring.

Oct. 14, Sgt. Rigsbee arrested 18-year-old Jose Antonio Flores of Stem and was charged with speeding 127 miles per hour, negligent and reckless driving, open container and no license. Flores was given a $1,500 bond by Magistrate Herring and was transported to the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 15, Sgt. Lomena arrested Luther Earl Satterfield Jr., 27, of Durham for criminal possession of marijuana and PWISD marijuana. Satterfield was given a $5,000 bond by Magistrate R. Roberts and lodged in the Granville County Detention Center.

Oct. 16, PSO, Mennella arrested Sarah Newton, 26, of Butner on an outstanding warrant for theft. Newton received a written bond of $1,000 from Magistrate Herring.

On October 17th on Central Ave. reported vandalism of political signs.

On October 17, a theft was reported on East Lyon Station Road.

No crimes to report

Granville County Sheriff's Office

On October 16, Tri Duc Nguyen, 56, of Renton, WA, was charged with marijuana trafficking and held on $100,000 bond.

Oct. 17: Jada Burwell, 28, of Oxford, was booked, but no charges were made, bail information is listed in the booking report. Burwell posted bail and was released on October 17.

Oct. 17, Narayveya Marie Parker, 20, of Oxford, but no charges, bail information listed in booking report. Parker made bail and was released on October 17.

On Oct. 21, Christopher Antonio Henderson Jr., 41, of Henderson, was booked on a charge of aggravated assault. No bond was listed.

On Oct. 21, Angel Ballo Perez, 55, of Oxford, was booked into Durham County. No fees or deposits were listed in the booking report. Perez made bail and was released on October 21.

On Oct. 22, Curtis Daimario Parker, 33, of Creedmoor, was charged with failure to provide new address as a sex offender and felony probation out of county with bond set at $50,000.
