Biden vs. Sand: Viral video shows US President struggling to walk on beach, many blame Jill for not helping him

A new video is going viral on the internet showing US President Joe Biden walking on sand.

“Joe Biden’s newest opponent: Sand,” joked an X user and shared the video on the social network.

Biden withdrew from the US presidential election campaign at the beginning of the year for health reasons. Several previous videos have emerged showing Biden's health problems, raising questions about his decision to seek another term.

In July, a video surfaced showing Biden struggling to get into a car.

Meanwhile, some Twitter users expressed criticism Jill Bidenthe President's wife, for not supporting him as he struggled to walk across the sand.

“Speaks clearly about Jill's character… not even a glance in his direction, sad,” one user commented.

Another said: “It's sad to see his own wife not even holding his hand to help. Is this real?”

One person criticized the media for releasing the video, saying: “It's sad, we're all getting old but I don't think the media should show him walking through sand. I think that's a little disrespectful. The media should show when.” He’s talking to us Americans, not this one.

In a related development, Jamal Simmons, a former aide to Vice President Kamala Harris, called on President Biden to consider stepping down and allowing Harris to become the first female president, even if only for a short time. “Joe Biden was great, but he should fulfill one final promise – to be an interim government,” Simmons, Harris' former communications director, posted on social media after making a similar suggestion on a Sunday talk show.

“Joe Biden was a phenomenal president; He kept so many promises. There is one more promise he could fulfill: to be a transitional figure. “He could resign in the next 30 days and make Kamala Harris president of the United States,” Simmons told CNN situation space in an interview.

He added: “It would turn the tables on Trump, stop Kamala from taking over as chairman on January 6 and make it easier for the next woman to run.”

“This move would free them from overseeing the transition to their own defeat on January 6 and would ensure that Democrats are seen as transparent and responsive to the public’s wishes. This is a chance to reshape the way Democrats operate,” Simmons said.
