Portland man arrested for suspected reckless driving accident – KQEN News Radio

A Portland man was arrested Saturday evening after a suspected reckless driving incident.

According to a report from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, an officer contacted the 36-year-old shortly after 8:40 p.m. after observing him driving at a high rate of speed on Interstate 5 near Rice Hill. The four-door sedan was driven in the dark without lights. Oregon State Police had established probable cause for the man's arrest and he was taken into custody on a charge of reckless driving.
