Two were arrested by Plymouth police for paraphernalia

A Nappanee woman and a Walkerton man were arrested for possession of paraphernalia Sunday afternoon following a traffic stop by a city police officer.

At approximately 2:10 p.m. on November 10, Officer Witkowski of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black Jeep Grand Cherokee at State Road 17 and Crest Lane. During the inspection, the officer discovered a pipe with white residue in it. He also found two scales inside the vehicle that were covered in a white, powdery substance. The white powder tested positive for methamphetamine.

Sherry Blair, 52, and Todd Hall were booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of paraphernalia and held on cash bonds.
