Man and nephew arrested after drugs, guns, money and vehicles seized in Forestdale

FORESTDALE, Ala. (WBRC) – A 41-year-old man and his 22-year-old nephew were arrested in Forestdale on November 7 after two search warrants were executed at a home and business in Forestdale.

Philmore Ware is charged with two counts of drug trafficking. He is in the Jefferson County Jail on a $1,005,000 bond.

Jakoby Ware is also charged with two counts of drug trafficking. He is also in the Jefferson County Jail. His bail is set at $1,000,000.

Detectives from the Jefferson County Vice and Narcotics Division, the SWAT team and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service executed the search warrants in Forestdale. The business was located in the 1900 block of Veterans Memorial Drive and the home was located in the 800 block of Brandy Circle.

Authorities confiscated the following:

Narcotics: 1,182 grams of cocaine, 11.9 grams of marijuana, 158 grams of gummy bears, 6.38 grams of oxycodone, 3.63 grams of hydrocodone, 19 Suboxone strips and 1.12 grams of Adderall

Weapons: S&W caliber MP.45, Anderson Manufacturing AR 15 and a Glock 19 9mm

Vehicles: 2004 Cadillac Deville and a 2015 Chevy Camaro

Money: $5,709.00 in US currency
