Multi-vehicle crash closes Pennsylvania Turnpike at I-95 – NBC10 Philadelphia

A multi-vehicle accident has closed the Pennsylvania Turnpike at I-95 in Bucks County, officials said.

The accident occurred Tuesday morning in the westbound lanes of the interchange at milepost 351.5. Officials have not yet released any information about the cause of the crash or whether anyone was seriously injured.

Footage from SkyForce10 showed a heavily damaged truck at the scene of the accident.

Due to the accident, the highway is currently closed between I-95 southbound (Exit 40) and the Bensalem Interchange (Exit 351). There are currently diversions in the following locations:

  • I-95 South (5.2 miles)
  • Exit 35, PA 63 West/Woodhaven Rd (3.2 miles)
  • US 1 North toward Morrisville onto Roosevelt Blvd (2.5 miles)
  • At the Bensalem Interchange, rejoin the PA Turnpike (Exit 351).
