ROSEBURG POLICE PRISONMAN CHARGED FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police arrested a man Monday for an alleged disorderly conduct incident.

According to an RPD report, officers responded at 12:15 p.m. after a caller said a man was lying in the road blocking traffic near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Alameda Avenue. Officers responded and found the 45-year-old lying in the middle of a store driveway. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

The man was held on $2,500 bail.
