Man arrested in connection with murder on TV Road

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A man has been arrested in connection with a murder in Jackson.

On Sept. 5, Kasim Hassan Turner, 28, of Utica, was found dead on TV Road near Maddox Road.

On Tuesday, Jackson police announced that 27-year-old Jawonza Dixon was arrested for Turner's murder.

Dixon was charged with murder.
