3AM Trump Victory Intuition TikTok for Women Goes Viral

Ladies, did you wake up in the witching hour on Election Day night with the strange, almost prophetic feeling that Trump won?

On one of my “did that really happen?” doomscrolls over the weekend, I and 5 million others were left in suspense by this question posed by @heartmeggieheart in a now-viral TikTok. “Social experiment for women,” she began.

“Who else woke up between 2 and 4 a.m. the morning after the election, just as they were practically announcing that he won?” she continued.

Meggie said every friend she spoke to had similar experiences when she woke up on election night, which ultimately led her to make the video because she couldn't stop thinking about it. “When I talked to my sister and a few friends, I found that we all woke up around the same time and all felt the same strange, intense pull,” she told BuzzFeed.

Let's talk about everything related to the 2024 election

“It feels like we're experimenting in a different timeline, and I damn well hope it's the shortest experiment ever,” Meggie continued in her video. “But it’s strange. Are we witches? Yes, obviously. “Obviously this was our first call to the Circle and we need to gather,” she finished.

Since the video was released, thousands of women have shared that they too had similar experiences, waking up around the time Trump's victory was announced and already knowing the result. “I suddenly woke up at 3am feeling completely terrified and I already knew it. I didn't even have to look. An inexplicable feeling,” one person wrote.

“Yes. I slept soundly and woke up at 3am with the worst feeling in my stomach,” another person said.

“OMG my body told me before the polls,” this user wrote.

Another woman shared that her 4-year-old daughter also woke up screaming…so that's reassuring.

The conversation also made its way to Twitter, where women shared other strangely similar experiences.

Someone asked on Tiktok if any other women woke up at 3 a.m. on election night knowing Trump won, and it was so bizarre because I totally knew. So I was awake *with a start* at 3am and could barely bring myself to look at my phone.

“So we all had the same experience,” was the top comment on Meggie’s post.

“That's our gut feeling ladies!” another person wrote.

I, too, woke up around 4 a.m. on election night with an all-knowing fear, so coming across Meggie's TikTok and thousands of women sharing their similar experiences was both affirming and scary.

Whether you believe this strangely collective experience was a “timeline shift,” female intuition, collective anger, or just pure coincidence, share your own experiences and thoughts with me below. As Meggie said: It's time to gather yourself. 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️
