Olivia Munn And John Mulaney have found a system that works well for their relationship.

In an interview with GQ Munn, 44, explained on Tuesday, November 12, that when she was six months pregnant with her and Mulaney's first child, she staged an intervention for the comedian. At this point, Munn became more committed to Mulaney's recovery, but was unsure about the status of their relationship.

The couple decided that Munn would have Mulaney, 42, randomly tested for drugs – something they still do today. “It’s like a relief,” Mulaney told the outlet. “I like it when this question isn't a question for her or anyone else. Something about peeing in that cup feels like I'm going that route. It gives me confidence.”

Mulaney, who announced in 2014 that he had been sober since 2005, voluntarily entered rehab in December 2020 for alcoholism and cocaine addiction. Mulaney completed inpatient treatment in February 2021.
