ROSEBURG POLICE PRISONMAN FOR PREVIOUS THEFT INCIDENT – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police arrested a man Friday night for a previous theft.

According to an RPD report, officers contacted 28-year-old Ryan Humphrey in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive at 5:40 p.m. Humphrey had been identified as a suspect in an earlier theft case. He was taken into custody without any problems. There was allegedly a quantity of the user's methamphetamine in his pocket.

Humphrey was charged with second-degree larceny, illegal possession of meth and probation violation. He was held without bail.
