The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office responds to an accident involving a semi-truck

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office received a call about a crash between a white semi-truck and a gray car just before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The accident occurred at the intersection of US HWY 62/82 and FM 400 outside of Idalou.

According to LSO, the driver of the car was taken by EMS to Covenant Medical Center with injuries. The driver of the semi-trailer was uninjured.

The road has now been cleared.
