The judge refuses to reduce the bond for a man accused of air combat in Smith County

A bond reduction hearing for Michael Jones was held Tuesday in Smith County Court. His mother Brenda took the stand today. She stated that the dogs belonged to Michael's brother Kerry. He also faces charges. Brenda called Michael a “caregiver” and said he took care of his puppies. At one point she tried to invoke the fifth point when asked about dogfights.
