According to arrest reports, the alleged incidents occurred in June at a home on Southwest 226th Terrace where Vidal operated his business, Surgery Recovery House LLC.

The reports said the victims went there to seek medical attention after undergoing cosmetic surgery and paid Vidal for clinical care and lymphatic massages.

Both women said they were sexually abused by Vidal during lymphatic massages, the reports said.

A review of records revealed that Vidal was not a licensed physician and was not licensed to perform lymphatic massage, the report said.

When Vidal was arrested Wednesday, he denied the allegations, the reports said.

Vidal appeared before a judge on Thursday, who set his bond at $15,000.
