Rt. 8 reopens after Thomaston crash

THOMASTON, Conn. (WFSB) – A single vehicle accident closed portions of Route 8 in Thomaston early Wednesday morning.

The collision was reported around 10:42 p.m. on the south side of the highway between exits 39 and 38

Troop L confirmed that injuries were sustained, but the extent of those injuries remains unclear.

The highway reopened around 5 a.m
