Use of North Korea in the fight against Ukraine requires “decisive response”: Blinken

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned on Wednesday that the deployment of North Korean troops alongside Russian forces fighting on the Ukrainian border required a “vigorous response.”

Blinken said he discussed with NATO chief Mark Rutte during the Brussels talks the fact that North Korean forces “have been drawn into the battle and are now, quite literally, in combat that requires and will receive a decisive response.”
